We're excited you're interested in our free tutoring program, designed to support your child’s academic growth and confidence.

To help us determine eligibility and match your child with the right tutor, please complete the following form and submit one of the documents listed below via email at [email protected]:

1. A letter from your child’s school confirming that your child receives free lunch based on financial need. This is typically referred to as a Direct Certification letter.

Note: Many schools provide free lunch to all students through the state’s universal free lunch program, but to meet our eligibility requirements, we need a letter that specifically states your child qualifies for free lunch based on financial need—not a general letter about the school’s participation in the statewide program.

  2. A copy of your current Massachusetts SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program) benefit letter. OR

  3. A copy of your current Massachusetts TAFDC (Transitional Aid to Families with Dependent Children) benefit letter.
